Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty FDI, hiện đang tìm kiếm ứng viên cho vị trí Nhân Viên An Toàn - Môi Trưởng - Sức Khỏe (Sản Xuất, $900, ID 21596):
- Kiểm soát, giám sát và duy trì tính tuân thủ các quy chuẩn an toàn lao động, vệ sinh môi trường cũng như phòng chống cháy nổ tại khu vực nhà máy sản xuất.
- Xây dựng, cập nhật và triển khai các quy trình, nội quy về HSE; chủ động nhận diện các rủi ro nguy hại để đưa ra biện pháp khắc phục kịp thời.
- Trực tiếp thực hiện các thủ tục, hồ sơ pháp lý liên quan đến công tác bảo vệ môi trường, an toàn lao động theo đúng quy định hiện hành của pháp luật.
- Tổ chức các khóa huấn luyện, hướng dẫn định kỳ về an toàn vệ sinh lao động cho công nhân viên trong nhà máy.
- Phối hợp điều tra, xử lý và lập báo cáo khi xảy ra sự cố an toàn hoặc vi phạm quy định môi trường; đề xuất giải pháp phòng ngừa tái diễn.
- Thực hiện các công việc chuyên môn khác theo sự phân công và chỉ đạo trực tiếp từ Trưởng phòng.
Requirement
- Giới tính / Độ tuổi: Nam, dưới 40 tuổi.
- Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Môi trường hoặc các lĩnh vực kỹ thuật có liên quan.
- Kinh nghiệm: Tích lũy tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế về công tác HSE trong môi trường sản xuất/nhà máy.
- Am hiểu tường tận các quy định pháp luật và tiêu chuẩn hiện hành liên quan đến An toàn lao động và Môi trường.
- Ngoại ngữ: Không bắt buộc. Khả năng giao tiếp Tiếng Anh là một lợi thế lớn.
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, tác phong làm việc cẩn trọng, kỹ năng xử lý tình huống linh hoạt và chịu được áp lực công việc.
