Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Nhân Sự Tổng Hợp (Biết Tiếng Trung, $500, ID 19980)
- Thực hiện quy trình tuyển dụng: đăng tuyển, phỏng vấn, onboarding, đào tạo, nghỉ việc
- Quản lý chấm công, nghỉ phép, tính phụ cấp
- Thực hiện BHXH, công đoàn
- Xử lý khám sức khỏe, tai nạn lao động
- Quản lý chi phí hành chính (điện thoại, chuyển phát…)
- Làm giấy phép lao động, visa cho người nước ngoài
Requirement
- Nữ, dưới 30 tuổi, Tốt nghiệp Đại học
- Tiếng Trung thành thạo 4 kỹ năng
- 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm HR tại nhà máy sản xuất
- Kinh nghiệm đầy đủ mảng HR tổng hợp: tuyển dụng, chấm công, BHXH, tai nạn lao động, visa/work permit
- Thành thạo Excel, tin học văn phòng
