Job Description

- Develop and implement nationwide MT channel strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Manage and grow key account customers (e.g. hypermarkets, supermarkets, CVS, minimarts) with annual contract negotiation and relationship building.
- Establish and maintain sustainable pricing policies and a fair distribution network across channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor sales performance by customer group, SKU, and region, ensuring availability, merchandising, and pricing consistency.
- Optimize logistics and distribution costs in collaboration with the operations team.
- Lead and develop the MT sales team, foster a high-performance culture, and drive team development.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and propose sales improvement initiatives.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 35-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, with proven success in MT channel management.
- Strong knowledge of key account management, sales planning, trade marketing, and distribution strategy.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data for planning and performance tracking.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
