Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Franchise Development Specialist ($600, ID-13649)
  • Create sources and gather lists of potential franchisors. Identify decent candidates and work with them to guide them through a quality decision-making process. Support in the financial qualification of potential franchise owners.
  • Create a list of additional franchise owners and customer sources. Distinguish quality and potential customers, and make sure that they can adapt the quality decision-making process.
  • Make a contract with the franchise owner and keep the relationship going.
  • Assistance with development and contracting, as well as franchise agreements and local regulations
  • Maintain overall effectiveness, qualification, and customer relations with music school partners.
  • Exchange best practices among franchise centers in order to improve profitability, customer experience, and partnership satisfaction.
  • Depending on the need, update franchise center-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and franchisee use.

Requirement

  • Male/Female, Age: 25-40
  • Bachelor of Marketing/Management/Business 
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in business development
  • Having experience in franchise sales, educational business, skill for sales data analytics is a plus
