Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Mold Manager (Attractive salary, ID16920):
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and workers within the mold department.
- Develop production plans and assign tasks to team members.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, and maintenance of molds.
- Monitor the quality of both molds and finished shoe soles, identify potential issues with molds or production processes, and implement corrective actions.
- Suggest and implement improvements to production processes, machinery, equipment, and materials
- Oversee the control and usage of materials and equipment within the mold department
- Work closely with other departments such as engineering, production, and quality control to address issues that arise during the production process.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure a safe working environment in the mold-making department, preventing accidents and minimizing risks
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 25 - 45 years old
- Graduated from college or higher
- Having 02 years of working experiences in manufacturing at the same position
- Proficient in using 2D and 3D software such as Rhino, Crispin, and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of the mold and shoe sole design process.
- English intermediate level
