Mold Design Engineer

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Mold Design Engineer ($800, ID12594)

Monitoring production processes to ensure that quality standards are met
Ensuring that products meet functional requirements by designing molds with required features such as vents or gates
Working with customers to determine needs and requirements, such as material specifications, product details, and production schedules
Creating computer models of products that can be used to produce molds for casting metals or plastics
Designing molds that can produce a high volume of products while minimizing material usage and production times
Reviewing blueprints, drawings, or other design specifications to determine how to translate them into molds
Analyzing materials to determine their suitability for mold construction
Determining the type of material needed to create the mold and calculating its size and shape

Gender: Male/Female; Age: above 25 years old
Graduated from College/University majoring in Mechanical, Engineering, Design or other related disciplines
From 1 year of working experience in the same position
Experienced in stamping mold design
Proficient in using Solidworks.
Good command of English or Chinese
