Job Description
- Perform development & testing features/bugs from backlog items; contribute directly to the codebase.
- Consult on technical decisions, conduct code reviews for Developers, and review test results for Testers.
- Build and maintain the CI/CD pipeline and oversee overall project deployment.
- Involved in developing Non-Functional Requirements (Performance, Security, Reliability).
- Assist leaders in defining the Technical Backlog, Roadmap, and Risk Management.
- Provide team members with objective feedback and assist them in achieving results.
Requirement
- Leadership: Proven ability to design best practices and assess team technical knowledge.
- Cloud/DevOps: Good experience with GCP and CI/CD tools.
- Quality: Strong testing skills (Unit/Integration) and adherence to architecture standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, presentation skills, and Agile mindset.
