Merchandising  Vice Manager (Garment, Open for Expats)

Manage full merchandising operations including sample development, price negotiation, order follow-up, and customer reception.

Ensure timely order delivery and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Supervise and coach merchandisers, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations.

Establish work plans for purchase orders (POs), coordinate activities, and monitor progress.

Collaborate with upper management and other departments to keep projects on schedule.

Analyze customer requirements, set realistic deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.

Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate with stakeholders.

Solve customer problems and perform other duties as directed by the General Director.

Fluent and proficient in English.

Detail-oriented with logical thinking.

Proven ability to work independently with overseas buyers.

Assertive, self-motivated, and highly organized.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask with high initiative and integrity.
