Job Description
-
Lead and supervise the merchandising team, ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers and internal departments.

Oversee sampling development, production schedules, and timely delivery.
-
Collect cost information, prepare quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers and buyers.
-
Manage the entire merchandising process efficiently from concept to final production sample.
-
Ensure all required production documents (e.g., garment sketches, BOM) are prepared for production.
-
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Factory Manager and top management.
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Merchandising Manager.
-
Strong service-oriented mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
-
Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
-
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Highly motivated, responsible, and hardworking.
-
Proficient in computer applications.
