Job Description
Salary up to $3000/month awaits! We are recruiting Merchandising Manager( (Garment, ID 17855) for a foreign-invested company:
- Supervise and manage all activities of the merchandising team.

Follow up on orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Monitor yarns and trims to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Ensure sample quality, styling, and workmanship meet customer expectations.

Coordinate with the sample room team to provide accurate information, including SMV and sample details.

Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best pricing, quality, and lead time based on customer requirements.

Communicate and negotiate with customers regarding product details, delivery schedules, and quotations.

Collaborate with the warehouse department to manage leftover materials, identify causes, and initiate corrective actions.

Work with the production manager to address late deliveries or yarn quality issues.
-
Ensure Time & Action (T&A) plans are well developed and approved by customers.

Partner with the factory’s production team to resolve issues impacting bulk garment quality and timelines.

Provide training and support to team members.

Handle additional duties as assigned during interviews or by management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Graduate from the University above,
- 8 years of experience as Merchandising Manager for garment factories sweater.
- Proficient in English
