Job Description
Merchandising Executive (Chinese & English, ID 17494) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $800/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Manage order receipt and placement, follow up on orders, and ensure timely order processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track the production progress of orders, maintain communication with the production management team, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Understand product details, pricing, and sales policies, ensuring adherence to company regulations in daily tasks.
- Oversee the shipping process for related orders, ensuring timely shipment and prompt payment collection
Requirement
- Male/Femal, 25-45 years old
- A college degree or higher,
- Over 1 year of work experience, with a solid understanding of foreign trade merchandising processes.
- Good at English, ability to communicate in Chinese.
- Responsible, studious, with strong coordination skills, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
