Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Merchandising Executive (Apparel, 1000$, ID16871)
- In charge of Product Development Tasks: Identify customer needs and match with capabilities; Source fabric and trims, arrange samples, and ensure quality meets customer expectations; Oversee trials and product feasibility evaluations.
- In charge of Sales Support: Provide accurate costing and develop sales proposals; Support sales teams with production information, samples, and alternative solutions; Assist in negotiations to balance customer satisfaction and production efficiency.
- In charge of Production Preparation: Develop and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans; Coordinate compliance audits and finalize product and material approvals; Address potential production challenges proactively.
- In charge of Bulk Production: Monitor production progress and troubleshoot issues; Ensure accuracy in production parameters and manage unresolved materials or garments.
- In charge of Customer Relations: Assist with after-sales support and handle complaints; Build trust and strengthen customer relationships.
- Foster a customer-service-oriented culture within the team; Collect and utilize market insights on suppliers and materials.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, 30 - 50 years old
- Graduated from university with related major
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions at garment / apparel companies
Extensive experience in costing and dealing with customers - Good at English for 4 skills
