Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Merchandiser (Funiture, $2500, ID16459)
- Obtain and compile quotes from suppliers for project-specific requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed quotations to the head office in the U.S.
- Receive and manage orders from the U.S. head office.
- Track the status of orders from issuance to suppliers through to customer delivery.
- Maintain clear and constant communication with relevant departments at the head office to ensure all order and delivery information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide comprehensive product and quality requirement information to suppliers.
- Ensure suppliers are well-informed about product specifications, quality standards, and packaging requirements.
- Monitor production progress and verify actual production status at factories.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products from suppliers.
- Address and resolve any issues related to projects and deliveries promptly.
- Work closely with forwarding partners to facilitate smooth logistics and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly update management on production progress and any potential challenges.
Requirement
- Male/Female. under 45 years old
- Have experience with U.S University/Hospitality Furniture
- Fluent in English, knowing Chinese is an advantage
- Have good adaptability and flexibility skills
