Job Description
$900/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Merchandise Team Leader (Garment, ID 17638) for a foreign investment company:
- Supervise and coordinate all functions of the merchandising team, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet required quality standards.
- Delegate responsibilities, provide training, and support team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Manage the full cycle from product development and order confirmation to production monitoring and final shipment.
- Liaise directly with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to resolve problems and guarantee timely, high-quality order execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Time & Action milestones.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Quality Assurance, Technical, Production, and Planning to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Support strategic planning, drive process enhancements, and deliver performance updates to senior management.
- Foster and strengthen positive relationships with current and prospective clients.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: under 45 years old
- Graduated from the University
- Have 05 -07 years of experience in the merchandising Department of Garment Factory. Have experience with Woven, Knit, dresses, laundry, shirts products
- Strong in costing
- Good at English
