Mekong Communications is a marketing agency that believes in the power of surprise to solve problems, build brands, and turn ordinary customers into raving fans. We're looking for a Social Project Management to work with the social media team to manage the day to day of campaigns for a wide range of clients. You likely have a background in writing but are also comfortable making visual assets, like photos and videos, and consider yourself to be an all-around creative yet analytical person.

1.     Responsibilities:

·         Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.

·         Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video and written)

·         Monitor, listen and respond to users on client's social accounts

·         Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts

·         Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.

·         Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.

·         Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

·         Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy

2.     Qualifications:

·           Bachelor's degree Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field (or, if not, tell us why your degree brings unique value to this job)

·         At least 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably with agency experience.

·         In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Vine and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios

·         Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·         Proven ability to effectively manage quick-turnaround, tactical projects

·         Must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and visual

·         Good sense of humor and doesn't take self too seriously
