Job Description

Designing and implementing medical strategy plans for the Cardiometabolic and Diabetes areas, ensuring alignment with business priorities. You will lead scientific and educational initiatives, provide medical guidance and product training, and uphold ethical and quality compliance.

Partnering with field medical teams to support and coordinate Medical Affairs activities within the Cardiometabolic therapy area.

Driving Medical Affairs strategies centered on patient needs, including evidence generation, scientific communication, and publication planning to strengthen medical credibility and knowledge dissemination.

Collaborating cross-functionally and with healthcare stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes while ensuring strict adherence to compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female
- Qualification: Must hold a Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related functions within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or relevant industries.
- Experience in people management or medical project management will be considered an advantage.
- Native Vietnamese speaker with strong English communication skills.
