Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager (Manufacturing, $1200, ID17015)
- Lead the Mechanical Team in designing and developing innovative automated machinery, such as sewing and loading machines, to meet the Company’s dynamic growth and evolving needs.
- Oversee the entire range of mechanical operations, from innovation and testing to component production, assembly, and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate the production and assembly schedules for mechanical components to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
- Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and developments in garment-related machinery, providing recommendations and analysis to management regarding potential new equipment adoption.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the Company’s needs.
Requirement
- Male/Female.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical innovation and production, preferably in garment manufacturing (less experience may be considered for Assistant Manager).
- Strong knowledge of machinery for woven and knit garment production.
- Proficient in English (Korean is a plus).
- Willing to station in the factory in Thanh Hoa Province.
