Job Description

- Manage product portfolio and lifecycle from development to commercialization.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment to propose new or improved products.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Production, TIC, and other departments in product development.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support product launch and sales activities.
- Prepare product materials and provide training for the sales team.
- Monitor product performance (sales, growth, market feedback) and recommend improvements.
Requirement
- Male, Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Animal Husbandry or Veterinary Medicine.
- Experience working in animal feed companies (TACN) is an advantage.
- Strong ability to collect and analyze information to propose strategies and product directions.
- Skilled in analyzing market trends and identifying customer needs.
- Ability to connect and collaborate with the sales team to discuss and implement plans and strategies.
- Proactive, creative, eager to learn, logical thinking, clear career orientation, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
