Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Marketing Manager (Online Education, $1400, ID 17079)
1. Specialized Tasks:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including communication and digital marketing to drive revenue for educational products.
- Manage digital transformation activities and brand development on digital platforms.
- Control marketing expenses, optimize cost efficiency, and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee and expand communication channels (Facebook, website, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
- Propose ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Plan, supervise, and motivate the marketing team, including digital marketing, content, and video production.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team Leader to manage budget allocation.
- Train the team on product knowledge, content creation, and ad strategies.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure effective workflows and coordination with other departments.
- Handle team evaluations and resolve marketing-related issues.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Age: 28-32.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of team management in marketing, with a preference for experience in setting up and managing a team of 10+ members.
- At least 3 years in education, online education, or working with a similar customer segment.
- Good at English.
