The Project “MARD Macro Management – Support to the Public Administration Reform programme in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development” aims at facilitating the ongoing reform process to strengthen the capacities of MARD for policy formulation and the management of public service delivery. The ultimate objective of the project is to ensure sustainable agricultural and rural development in the context of Viet Nam’s integration with the global economy.
