Manufacturing Training Supervisor (Mechanical)

1. Workshop Training

• Develop, organize and manage training programs for workshop employees.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure training meets operational requirements.

2. Skill Matrix & Training Records

• Build and update Skill Matrix for each work cell.
• Manage employees’ skill profiles and training records.
• Identify skill gaps and arrange necessary training.

3. Onboarding & Basic Skills Training

• Provide/coordinate training on PPE, work cell layout, material handling, basic grinding, WI, production drawings, 5S, INCR/CNCR and ECR/DUR.
• Ensure new employees meet basic competency requirements before working independently.

4. Employee Rotation & Skill Development

• Ensure employees have the required skills when moving between work cells.
• Lead skill improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and safety.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, HSE, HR and relevant departments on training and competency development.
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs.

• Male, 30-45 years old
• University/College degree required; an engineering background is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar training/skill development role, preferably in mechanical manufacturing.
• Experience with Skill Matrix, operator training or workshop training is preferred.
• Good English reading & writing; basic communication.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
