Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Manufacturing, Negotiable, ID16858)
- Lead and manage the Production Engineering team, providing guidance, mentoring, and training for team development.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products, processes, and improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and manage budget and resource allocation.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor/Engineer’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have experience in Production/Manufacturing engineering, with minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools, knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO standards.
