Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer (Mechanical, $900, ID 21446):
- Drive daily and weekly production scheduling, ensuring all target outputs align perfectly with the plant's capacity.
- Establish, structure, and keep track of standard manufacturing procedures and relevant technical documents.
- Perform data analysis on manufacturing outputs and deliver clear periodic KPI evaluations.
- Take charge of assessing equipment malfunctions and isolating quality-related issues on the floor.
- Partner actively with the Part Leader, Quality Assurance (QA), and Maintenance teams to carry out production line improvements.
- Maintain stable machinery operations by resolving engineering concerns to achieve maximum production uptime.
- Submit regular operational reports to the Department Manager (equivalent to the Production Manager).
Requirement
- Gender: Male, 28 to 35 years old.
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or closely related technical disciplines.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven background in similar roles within mechanical manufacturing environments (ideally 1 to 3 years covering planning, quality control, or production engineering).
- Hands-on experience with CNC machinery, including the capability of writing operational code and programs for CNC equipment.
- Competent in English for both daily verbal discussions and written communications.
- Fully available to work on a 12-hour rotating shift system
