Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing, ID20104, 1600 USD)
- Lead the effective implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program across all operations.
- Ensure the availability of required materials and spare parts for maintenance activities; prepare requisitions, follow preventive maintenance schedules, and verify specifications of received items.
- Drive maintenance-related cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs to maintain efficient production operations.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to ensure safe and continuous operation of manufacturing facilities.
- Plan and implement improvements by keeping up with advancements in technology, processes, and maintenance systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate preparation for installation of production machinery and plant utilities.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of production equipment and facility utilities.
- Take responsibility for implementing corrective and preventive actions to address issues arising in production machinery.
Requirement
- Male, 37-46 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in plastic packaging, mold tooling, mechanical, or heavy machinery industries.
- Proficient in English.
