Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Maintenance Manager (Furniture, $2500, ID 16406):
- Lead the maintenance team to deliver high-quality maintenance services that meet production requirements for smooth operations.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal condition and ready for production.
- Develop and implement schedules for repairs and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance downtime in alignment with production needs to maximize equipment availability.
- Maintain facilities in excellent condition through effective housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Initiate modifications and fabrications of machines to meet production requirements.
- Propose improvements to enhance machine performance.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, ensuring tasks are completed safely and in compliance with company regulations.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to perform their tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirement
- Male | Age: Under 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering (Electrical).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance manager position within a manufacturing environment.
- Adequate knowledge and skill set for effectively repairing and maintaining machinery.
- Strong leadership abilities and communication skills, with the capacity to engage with all levels of staff in the plant.
