Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Maintenance Manager/Senior Manager (Electronics, Attractive Salary, ID15926):
- Responsible for effectively managing machinery & equipment and related tasks in engineering for factory
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures for all prevention and maintenance activities.
- Responsible for all continuous improvement activities in machinery and processes.
- Oversees the coordination of day-to-day technical activities and the maintenance of factory's facilities.
- Prepare and implement maintenance plans to ensure: Product quality and Quantity; Productivity and machine, tool & fixture improvement through Kaizen activities...
- Propose methods to improve the system to improve productivity, reduce risks in production and effectively optimize investment costs
- Problem solving and analyze the root cause of machinery errors and provide corrective & preventive actions to ensure productivity and smooth running of production.
- Implement and comply with the requirements of TPM projects to ensure resources for effective asset use.
- Manage and provide full training to technician team.
- Guide and manage employees to properly implement the rules and regulations of the company.
Requirement
- Male; Under 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic engineering...
- From 05 years of experience at the same position in electronics manufacturing company.
- Machine troubleshooting skill and good teamwork skill.
- Knowledge about TPM, PLC program and Lean Six Sigma
- Proficiency in English skill
