Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Maintenance Analyst ($800, ID19964)
- Collect and analyze machine operation and downtime data.
- Perform reliability analysis (FMEA, RCA, Weibull) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and report maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM%, etc.).
- Develop and support maintenance strategies (Preventive, Predictive, TPM).
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and periodic reports.
- Identify improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, etc.).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reliability/Maintenance.
- Knowledge of CMMS, maintenance processes, and reliability tools (FMEA, RCA, SPC, Weibull).
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
- Ability to work cross-functionally (maintenance, production, engineering).
- Fluent in English.
