Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Technical Process Manager ($2500, ID17074):
- Leads or participates in projects for new technology introduction and process improvement.
- Supports R&D in technology development, testing, and qualification phases; participates in FAT/SAT and helps validate test results.
- Acts as the technology test driver, evaluates tests, addresses challenges, and shares progress with R&D.
- Works with the Global Platform team to manage suppliers and stakeholders, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
- Oversees technology ramp-up, monitors machine performance, and evaluates KPIs.
- Initiates and supports development processes for new technologies, including layouts and documentation.
- Collaborates with the Global Platform and Maintenance teams for technology roll-out.
- Focuses on project deliverables and key organizational metrics.
Requirement
- Male/Female; under 45 years old.
- Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in equipment management
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Experience in optimizing and improving machinery
- Proficient in English
