Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a M&E Manager (Manufacturing, $2000, ID16473)
- Lead and manage the M&E team, providing direction and support to engineers and technicians.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems, including production equipment, HVAC, and power distribution.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Manage M&E projects, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects align with production goals and timelines.
- Ensure all M&E operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in M&E practices.
Requirement
- Male, 28-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 03years of experience in M&E management within GMP - WHO manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
