Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistics Staff (EPE, 500 USD, ID 19571)
- Prepare and review all shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Contract, B/L, CO, Phytosanitary Certificate,...).
- Coordinate cargo transportation, including booking space and arranging customs clearance.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery; promptly report any delays.
- Maintain records of all import/export transactions, track shipment status, and prepare reports on shipping costs and delivery timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
- Handle and resolve issues such as customs delays, documentation errors, or shipment discrepancies.
- Manage collection, storage, and organization of all related documents.
- Provide timely reports to supervisors and relevant departments when issues arise.
Requirement
- Male/ Female. Age: 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any Logistics/Supply Chain related field
- Having 01 year of experience working as a Logistics Staff in EPE manufacturing companies
- Good at English
- Knowledge of VNACCS and, capability to use is a plus.
