Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist ($1100, ID20107)
- Coordinate and monitor sea, air, trucking, customs, and express shipments.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and operational procedures.
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with carriers, agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvements.
- Assist in implementing SOPs, operational policies, and training activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirement
- Male/Female, age: under 40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Good at English
- Strong knowledge of sea/air freight, trucking, and customs procedures.
- Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
