Job Description
- Examine and manage LC issuing procedures, as well as monitor LCs.
- Prepare and/or examine papers such as customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, BL, CO, quality certificates, warranty letters, LOI, payment requests, associated forms, VAT (in the event of domestic)
- Determine HS code, check export/import tax, and VAT.
- Dealings with banks, shipping agencies, shipping lines, customs, warehouses, import and export agents, inspectors, and so on.
- Resolve issues that emerge during and after the shipment of goods.
- Maintain payment records and work with the Sales department to track debts from customers/suppliers/transportation agents/shipping businesses, among others.
- Report directly to the General Director and Head of Sales.
- Perform other responsibilities related to documents and records as assigned by superiors.
Requirement
- Female. 27- 33 years old.
- Graduated from university majoring in import-export, finance and banking, and economics.
- Having at least 05 years of experience in the logistics field.
- Having experience in both break-bulk vessel and container shipment methods. Good knowledge and experience in import-export documents and procedures.
- English: good at reading & writing skills; basic listening and speaking skills.
