I.                   Position : Sales staff

Report to : Business Director

Quantity : 01 person

Preferred condition : male

Job description :

-Guide customer to use the system

-Receive the purchase order from customers 

-Handle the arising complaints  from customer

-Make monthly settlement with customer

 

II.                Position : Purchasing staff

Report to : Business Director

Quantity : 01 person

Preferred condition :

-Gender : male

-Working experience  : At least 3~4 years

-Priority : Bachelor degree in Engineering

Job description :

-Develop vendors

-Guide vendor to use the system

-Receive the quotation from customer

-Decide the winning bidder

-Issue and keep the purchase order

-Place the order

-Make monthly settlement with vendors

 

 

III.             Position : Deliveryman

Report to : Business Director

Quantity : 01 person

Preferred condition :

-Gender : male

Job description :

-Deliver goods to our customers

-Other tasks assigned by CPSM

 

IV.             Position : Accountant

Report to : Chief Finance Officer

Quantity : 01 person

Preferred condition :

-Good knowledge of import ,export ,customs

-Working experience  : At least 2~3 years

Job description :

-Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL)

-Support Import & customs

-Other duties as requested by CFO

 

 

V.                Position :  Chief Accountant

Report to : Chief Finance Officer

Quantity : 01 person

Preferred condition :

-Gender : male

-Working experience  : At least 5~7 years

Job description :

-Responsible for financial statement settlement

-Prepare VAT/CIT/PIT declaration

-Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL)

-Support Import & customs

Common Job requirement

-Local Vietnamese

-Bachelor degree in Economics/Accounting

-Good command of Korean or English

-Working knowledge of MRO System
