Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Legal Specialist (Real Estate, ID 19877, 1300 USD):
- Monitor and update relevant real estate laws, regulations, and policies
- Review and ensure legal compliance of project-related documents
- Provide legal support and advisory to management throughout project execution
- Track legal approval procedures and investment processes
- Operations & Documentation Management: repare documents for Line Manager, manage and control all documentation...
- Maintain relationships with government authorities and local partners
- Business Development Support: Assist in executing business strategies, analyze market trends, and support in identifying potential investors and partners.
- Compile data and prepare reports as required
- Provide updates on market trends, legal status, and project progress to management
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate or property development companies
- Good at English
