Job Description
-
Draft, review, and examine contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with the law.

Provide legal advice and support to departments regarding business operations, investment, real estate projects, land, labor, and other legal issues.

Participate in negotiations and assist in dispute resolution with partners, contractors, or third parties when required.

Update and communicate relevant legal regulations, ensuring timely application within the company.
-
Support in developing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance of internal rules, policies, and procedures.

Represent the company when working with authorities, partners, or stakeholders within the assigned authorization.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Management.
Requirement
- Male/Female, Under 40 years old
-
Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably from Hanoi Law University or School of Law – Vietnam National University, Hanoi).

Lawyer practicing certificate is an advantage.
-
At least 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including 1–2 years at a managerial level.

Strong expertise in business law, investment, land, industrial zones, and real estate projects.

Fluent in English
