Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Head of Legal ($2400, ID12911)
- Reviewing contracts, drafting contracts, summarizing and reporting
- Update legal information, conduct a survey to determine legal risk,
- Organize the license and certificate requirements that are required.
- Negotiate legal issues, prepare and review documents for external use.
- Manage the company's policies and procedures.
- Control other legal issues.
- Manage a variety of administrative tasks.
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: 32 - 45 years old
- Graduated from university majoring in Law or related majors.
- Having at least 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the F&B, FMCG, and retail industries
- Fluent in English.
