Job Description: Legal Intern
- Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Do the tasks that support, consult the Law and provide the law principle related to business establishment, labor,…
- Draft and certify the official dispatch, the economic contract to support the company’s operation.
- Consult the procedures of legal documents, participate in deal/litigation, and solve the arisen issues to beneficial disputes between the company and the third party.
- Assist all of departments of the company in the aspect of legal.
- Prepare payment requests and send them to customers
- Process all invoices and ensure proper and timely payment
- Coordinate with accountants to control company debt
- Translation and Interpretation.
- Other admin tasks
Requirement
Job Requirement:
- 4th year students or graduated Students from Universities. Major: Law, Economic – Law.
- Able to use English fluency (minimum toeic 750 or equivalent certificates).
- Careful, Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
- Fast manners, friendly and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in office skills.
