Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Legal Executive (600USD, ID15534):
- Provide counsel to all relevant departments of the Branch regarding regulations related to service contracts and business operations.
- Oversee the management and storage of signed contracts between the Branch and its customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Handle insurance matters related to the Branch's business operations. Monitor all insurance claims and collaborate with relevant departments to process claims.
- Assist in resolving disputes between customers and suppliers within the Branch.
- Support the processing of Branch licenses, including Business Certificate, Transport Business Certificate, International Road Transport Certificate, and truck & trailer logos.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: 26 - 36 years old
- Graduated from university with a major in Law
- 03 years of experience in corporate legal affairs for FDI businesses in trade or manufacturing.
- Good at English
