Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Lead Process and Automation Engineer (English & Chinese, 2400USD, ID17046):
- Conduct analysis and optimization of current manufacturing processes using Lean methodologies, with a focus on eliminating waste, standardizing practices, and driving continuous improvements.
- Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows, boosting overall productivity and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and implement automated systems that seamlessly integrate with existing manufacturing processes to minimize manual tasks and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring that process improvements are sustainable and effective.
- Monitor system performance, assess outcomes, and implement adjustments to achieve both quality and cost performance targets.
- Document all changes to processes, maintain operational standards, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, Lean manufacturing innovations, and emerging automation technologies to inform process improvements and remain competitive.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, Age: under 45 years old
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Having 5 years of work experience in the same position in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with Lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Good at English and Chinese
