Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư trong nước, hiện đang tuyển Kỹ Sư Lập Trình CNC ($1000, ID17084):
- Sử dụng phần mềm (Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) để tạo chương trình CNC gia công chính xác.
- Chọn công cụ, đồ gá, thông số cắt phù hợp cho các vật liệu như nhôm, thép, SUS, POM.
- Phối hợp QC kiểm tra sản phẩm đáp ứng thông số kỹ thuật và dung sai.
- Cải tiến công nghệ, rút ngắn chu trình, nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng.
- Hỗ trợ các nhóm sản xuất, QC, thiết kế để giải quyết vấn đề và tối ưu quy trình.
- Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ, đảm bảo hiệu suất máy móc.
- Hướng dẫn kỹ thuật, đào tạo người vận hành máy.
- Ghi chép chương trình CNC, cài đặt, và sử dụng công cụ.
- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt dung sai, giảm thiểu lỗi và lãng phí.
- Thực hiện nhiệm vụ theo yêu cầu cấp trên và ban giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam, Dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
- Từ 05 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình, sửa chữa, bảo trì máy và ứng dụng gia công CNC thực tế.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm autocad, solidworks, mastercam....
- Không yêu cầu ngoại ngữ, ưu tiên biết tiếng Trung.
