Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Land Clearance Specialist (Real Estate, ID 19874, 1400 USD)
  • Register projects in the annual land use plan and prepare required documents.
  • Monitor, report, and ensure progress of land clearance.
  • Coordinate with authorities (People’s Committee, DONRE, Land Development Center) for inventory and compensation.
  • Engage with residents to explain policies, negotiate, and resolve compensation/hand-over issues.
  • Report challenges and propose solutions to ensure timelines.
  • Handle procedures for land allocation, lease, and land-use conversion.
  • Support land pricing, lease contracts, and LURC issuance.
  • Maintain accurate and updated land records.
  • Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
  • Summarize issues, resident feedback, and propose action plans.
  • Manage and archive clearance dossiers in compliance with regulations.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirement

  • Male, 35–40 years old
  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Construction, Land Management, Natural Resources & Environment, Surveying and Mapping, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land clearance and compensation within real estate developers. Mandatory experience in large-scale, complex urban development projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Land Law and legal procedures related to compensation, land clearance, and real estate investment.
  • In-depth understanding of processes and procedures for land clearance, compensation, and land handover in urban projects.
  • Fluent English skills
