Job Description
- Tiếp nhận mẫu đã duyệt, phân tích cấu trúc sản phẩm, vật liệu và quy trình sản xuất.
- Thực hiện pilot run, chuyển giao quy trình từ pilot sang mass production trong phạm vi nhà máy.
- Xây dựng và cập nhật SOP, Work Instruction, BOM cho sản xuất.
- Sử dụng CAD để thiết kế/chỉnh sửa dao cắt, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, jig/tooling phục vụ sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với QA/QC xử lý lỗi kỹ thuật, sự cố phát sinh.
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo công nhân và hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trực tiếp tại chuyền.
- Đề xuất điều chỉnh quy trình nhằm giảm lỗi và ổn định sản xuất.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/ nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật, sản xuất hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan
- Có từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kỹ thuật quy trình, chuyển giao công nghệ từ phòng mẫu ra sản xuất hàng loạt công ty sản xuất may mặc, giày da, balo túi xách
- Biết sử dụng phần mềm CAD, ERP, Office
- Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung giao tiếp
