Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu trong nước, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì Khuôn ($600, ID22732)
- Kiểm tra tình trạng khuôn trước khi đưa vào sản xuất và lắp đặt khuôn lên máy ép nhựa.
- Thực hiện bảo trì, vệ sinh, bôi trơn và sửa chữa khuôn định kỳ.
- Kiểm tra các bộ phận: lòng/lõi khuôn, chốt đẩy, bạc dẫn hướng, hệ thống làm mát, Hot Runner, Thermocouple...
- Kiểm tra, xử lý tình trạng mài mòn, nứt, kẹt chốt/lõi và các sự cố liên quan đến khuôn.
- Đo kiểm kích thước chi tiết khuôn bằng Caliper, Micrometer, Pin Gauge, đồng hồ so...
- Công việc khác theo sự phân công của trưởng phòng
Requirement
- Nam. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì khuôn nhựa tại nhà máy sản xuất.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, cẩn thận và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật.
