Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư Trung Quốc, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư Tự Động Hóa (PLC, 1200 USD, ID 19925)
- Lập trình & Điều khiển: Trực tiếp lập trình, cấu hình, vận hành và bảo trì các hệ thống tự động hóa sử dụng PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Inovance...).
- Thiết kế hệ thống: Thiết kế, lắp đặt và kiểm tra các tủ điện điều khiển, bảng điện động lực cho hệ thống máy móc.
- Triển khai dự án: Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Cơ khí và bộ phận Điện để lắp đặt dây chuyền sản xuất mới hoặc thực hiện các dự án cải tiến (Kaizen) trên hệ thống hiện có.
- Xử lý sự cố (Troubleshooting): Chẩn đoán và khắc phục nhanh chóng các sự cố phần cứng/phần mềm để đảm bảo dây chuyền vận hành liên tục, tối đa hóa hiệu suất thiết bị.
- Quản lý kỹ thuật: Lập hồ sơ kỹ thuật, thiết kế sơ đồ mạch điện, soạn thảo hướng dẫn vận hành (SOP) và quy trình bảo trì định kỳ.
- Đào tạo: Hướng dẫn và đào tạo kỹ thuật cho đội ngũ kỹ thuật viên và công nhân vận hành tại nhà máy.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ dưới 40t
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Tự động hóa, Điện, Điện tử, Cơ điện tử hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trực tiếp với PLC trong lĩnh vực tự động hóa. Từng làm việc tại các công ty cung ứng giải pháp tự động hóa hoặc bộ phận Technical/Automation tại các nhà máy sản xuất quy mô lớn.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế về lập trình PLC và khắc phục sự cố phần cứng và phần mềm.
