Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư SMT (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, $900, ID 21201)
- Kiểm tra tỷ lệ lỗi sau lò hàn Reflow, đảm bảo dưới 30 DPPM;
- Điều chỉnh và xác nhận hình ảnh linh kiện trên máy gắp đặt SMT;
- Kiểm tra xác nhận First Article;
- Kiểm tra nhiệt độ lò hàn Reflow;
- Điều chỉnh chương trình AOI;
- Kiểm tra tỷ lệ rơi linh kiện, đảm bảo chip dưới 3‰;
- Lập và tối ưu chương trình SMT;
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 40 tuổi; Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Cơ khí / Tự động hóa
- Có trên 3 năm kinh nghiệm SMT trong ngành điện tử;
- Hiểu biết về thiết bị và quy trình SMT;
- Am hiểu máy Panasonic NPM, máy in, Reflow, JUTZE AOI;
- Sử dụng tốt Office, ERP, SAP, MES;
- Tiếng Trung tốt
