Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư QE (Điện tử, $800, ID 14142)

- Trực tiếp tham gia các phiên họp đánh giá định kỳ cùng đối tác/khách hàng; ghi nhận các lỗ hổng/sự cố chất lượng, thiết lập kế hoạch tối ưu hóa và phản hồi tiến độ khắc phục.
- Đảm nhiệm vai trò đầu mối chính trong tiếp nhận, xử lý khiếu nại từ phía đối tác. Liên kết chặt chẽ cùng khối Kỹ thuật để phân tích nguyên nhân lỗi trên linh kiện/sản phẩm bị trả về, triển khai hành động khắc phục, lập báo cáo chuẩn hóa (8D, CAR) và đánh giá tính hiệu quả sau áp dụng.
- Đồng hành cùng các phòng ban liên quan trong việc phân tích sự cố chất lượng phát sinh tại chuyền sản xuất; thúc đẩy các đơn vị phụ trách đưa ra giải pháp xử lý triệt để và kiểm chứng kết quả.
- Thiết lập, chuẩn hóa và phê duyệt bộ quy trình/tài liệu hướng dẫn QAIP, WI.
- Đào tạo, định hướng đội ngũ kiểm định viên về nghiệp vụ kiểm thử, phân tích mã lỗi sản phẩm, truy vết nguyên nhân và phối hợp đề xuất giải pháp phòng ngừa tái diễn.
- Cố vấn chuyên môn và hỗ trợ tháo gỡ các vướng mắc kỹ thuật trong tiến trình kiểm soát chất lượng tại các mảng IQC, QC và QA.
Requirement

- Nam/Nữ, Từ 30 đến 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên thuộc các nhóm ngành Kỹ thuật.
- Tối thiểu 02 năm đảm nhiệm vị trí tương đương tại các nhà máy sản xuất, lắp ráp thiết bị/mạch điện tử quy mô lớn.
- Có năng lực đọc, phân tích và đọc hiểu thành thạo bản vẽ kỹ thuật.
- Thành thạo Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung
