Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư Phát Triển & Quản Lý Nhà Cung Ứng (Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung, $1200, ID18351)

Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và phát triển nhà cung ứng xử lý bề mặt (mạ thùng, mạ treo, mạ băng chuyền liên tục).

Thực hiện đánh giá năng lực, ký kết hợp đồng dài hạn (LTA) và đơn đặt hàng gia công (PO) với nhà cung ứng đạt chuẩn.

Phối hợp với bộ phận Báo giá để đàm phán, tối ưu chi phí và điều kiện thương mại.

Triển khai kế hoạch giảm giá hàng năm và thúc đẩy các dự án VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering).
-
Đánh giá định kỳ, chấm điểm và quản lý hiệu suất nhà cung ứng.
-
Phối hợp với bộ phận Chất lượng xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến sản phẩm không phù hợp.
-
Báo cáo định kỳ kết quả hoạt động và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc Nhà máy.
Requirement
- Nữ dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc liên quan.
- Có kinh nghiệm tìm kiếm và quản lý nhà cung ứng xử lý bề mặt linh kiện (mạ thùng, mạ treo, mạ băng chuyền liên tục).
- Thành thạo Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung
- Hiểu biết về thị trường cung ứng trong nước và châu Âu.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office, có kỹ năng đàm phán, giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
