Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư NPI (Nhựa, $1000, ID 19979):
- Theo dõi tiến độ các công đoạn sản xuất trước, thực hiện lấy mẫu đối với các đơn hàng số lượng nhỏ.
- Lập kế hoạch về thiết bị, đồ gá (jig) và nhân lực phục vụ sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để triển khai và hoàn thành các hạng mục của dự án.
- Chuẩn bị nguyên vật liệu cho các công đoạn trước theo kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu từ bộ phận Kinh doanh hoặc thay đổi từ khách hàng, tổ chức thử khuôn và gửi mẫu phù hợp.
- Theo dõi và chủ động báo cáo tiến độ phát triển sản phẩm, tiến độ khuôn và các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình triển khai dự án.
- Kiểm tra và xác nhận mẫu sản phẩm (màu sắc, kết cấu, kích thước), thực hiện các thủ tục kiểm nghiệm liên quan.
- Chủ trì các hoạt động trong giai đoạn sản xuất thử: tổ chức họp, xác nhận mẫu đầu tiên và điều phối công việc.
- Chịu trách nhiệm các công đoạn trước trong quá trình sản xuất thử và sản xuất hàng loạt.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Cơ khí hoặc các ngành kỹ thuật liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất linh kiện nhựa hoặc khuôn nhựa.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Trung trong công việc.
