Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Kỹ Sư Nông Nghiệp (600 USD, ID 21140):
- Kế hoạch: Lập kế hoạch gieo trồng, chăm sóc, tưới tiêu và thu hoạch theo mục tiêu sản lượng.
- Kỹ thuật: Theo dõi sinh trưởng, điều chỉnh EC/pH, đánh giá chất lượng đất/nước/ánh sáng.
- Sâu bệnh: Kiểm tra, chẩn đoán và đề xuất biện pháp xử lý sâu bệnh kịp thời.
- Quản lý: Điều phối vật tư (giống, phân bón, thuốc BVTV) và nhân công.
- Chất lượng: Kiểm soát độ đồng đều, độ chín, tỷ lệ hao hụt và phân loại sản phẩm.
- Giám sát: Kiểm tra định kỳ các farm liên kết và hỗ trợ audit tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật.
Requirement
- Nam/nữ, dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành Nông nghiệp, Trồng trọt hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
- Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương liên quan đến kỹ thuật về nông sản/ rau củ.
- Nắm vững kỹ thuật canh tác, có khả năng hướng dẫn nông dân trồng đúng kỹ thuật và theo dõi quy trình sản xuất thực tế.
