Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Kỹ Sư IE (Tiếng Trung, Điện Tử/Cơ Khí, $1200, ID17723)
- Tiến hành đo lường thời gian thực hiện các công đoạn sản xuất, xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu về thời gian tiêu chuẩn, và lập biểu đồ sản xuất tích hợp dữ liệu theo hệ thống TPS (Toyota Production System).
- Triển khai lộ trình công nghệ theo hệ thống MES; chịu trách nhiệm thiết lập và cập nhật quy trình công nghệ liên quan đến mã nguyên liệu; quản lý và duy trì dữ liệu thời gian làm việc trong hệ thống SAP.
- Xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu hướng dẫn quy trình công nghệ (SOP – Standard Operating Procedure) đảm bảo tính chính xác và đồng bộ với thực tế sản xuất.
- Phân tích các công đoạn sản xuất nhằm phát hiện điểm nghẽn (bottlenecks) và tám loại lãng phí trong sản xuất, từ đó đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và hiệu quả vận hành máy móc.
- Hỗ trợ triển khai các dự án nâng cao sản lượng sản phẩm và thực hiện phân tích, đánh giá đường cong sản xuất.
Requirement
- Nam. Dưới 40 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp từ Cao Đẳng
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kỹ sư IE ngành cơ khí hoặc điện tử.
- Mạnh về quy hoạch layout nhà xưởng, cải tiến quy trình sản xuất.
- Tiếng trung thành thạo
